How does the AeroShares model work?

The AeroShares co-ownership comprises three types of costs.

Here’s the ABC of how AeroShares works:

  • A: Shares: Depending on the degree of usage you anticipate, you would procure a certain number of shares. These shares denote your stake in the aircraft and are subject to a one-time acquisition fee.

  • B: Readiness: The perpetual readiness of the plane for your use incurs a recurring maintenance charge. This fee covers hangar, insurance, crew, management, database updates, among other things.

  • C: Usage: Any time the aircraft engine is activated for your purposes, an hourly usage fee is applied.
