YOUR JOURNEY STARTS HERE

Discover Co-ownership

At AeroShares, we believe in making aircraft ownership accessible, efficient, and rewarding. Our co-ownership model allows multiple individuals or organizations to share the ownership of a high-performance turboprop aircraft, the Pilatus PC-12. This approach not only reduces the financial burden but also maximizes the utilization and enjoyment of the aircraft.

CO-OWNERSHIP BENEFITS

  • Experience the freedom and prestige of aircraft ownership without the full financial commitment.

  • Invest in the exact share of the aircraft that suits your needs, optimizing both cost and usage.

  • Maintained, Fuelled Up, and Ready to Fly: Our professional management ensures the aircraft is always in top condition, eliminating the hassles of solo ownership.

  • Business Asset Your Accountant Can Work With: Benefit from potential tax advantages by classifying your aircraft share as a business asset.

  • Drive straight up to the plane: Enjoy streamlined travel with minimal waiting times, easier (un)loading, maximizing your productivity and convenience.

  • Flexibility, Efficiency, Control, Class: Experience the perks of private flying, including tailored schedules, efficient travel, and a luxurious, controlled environment.

  • Your Luxury Boardroom in the Sky: Conduct business in a sophisticated, high-end setting while soaring above the clouds.

THE CO-OWNERSHIP PROCESS

  1. Initial Consultation: We begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand your aviation needs and expectations.

  2. Matching Co-Owners: We match you with like-minded co-owners who share similar usage patterns and goals.

  3. Ownership Agreement: A transparent and detailed ownership agreement is crafted, outlining the terms, responsibilities, and usage rights.

  4. Onboarding: You’ll receive thorough onboarding, including aircraft orientation, operational procedures, and scheduling system training.

  5. Ongoing Management: AeroShares handles all aspects of aircraft management, from maintenance and scheduling to insurance and regulatory compliance.

Financial Aspects

  • Purchase

The purchase involves a one-time capital contribution that grants you a share in the ownership of the Pilatus PC-12. This initial investment ensures you have a stake in the aircraft, benefiting from its value and performance.

  • Readiness

The readiness fee is a monthly management charge that covers all essential services to keep the aircraft in prime condition. This includes maintenance, insurance, hangarage, regulatory compliance, and administrative support, ensuring the aircraft is always ready for your use.

  • Utilization

The utilization rate is a per-hour fee applied whenever you use the aircraft. This rate covers direct operational costs such as fuel, crew, and other variable expenses, making sure you only pay for what you use.
